Justin's career has been mainly in the City and in Hong Kong. He joined Downs as a Partner in 2009.

 

 

Justin is experienced in all forms of dispute resolution, including international and domestic arbitration and litigation, mediation, adjudication and expert determination.

 

He has acted for companies for over 30 jurisdictions around the world in a broad range of disputes embracing construction and engineering, banking, finance, regulatory, pensions, corporate disputes, professional negligence and fraud and has represented clients in judicial reviews, in the Privy Council and before the European Court.

 

Justin also advises on the non-contentious issues associated with construction contracts, including drafting contracts, warranties and bonds.
