Nicola has specialised in Employment Law since 2003. Within this time Nicola has been called upon by a diverse number of companies to advise on a wide range of employment law issues.  Since joining Downs in 2005, she has helped to expand the firm’s EmployLaw service.  Nicola is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
