Career:
Paul qualified as a Solicitor in 1983 during his time in Local Government where he spent some 13 years.  He became a Partner in a London West End Property Law Firm, before forming his own Law Practice in 1989 acting in the main for developer clients.  Paul has some 30 years experience in the field of Planning and Development Law and has built a reputation for providing high quality advice to clients in this specialised area.  Paul joined Downs in May 2006 on merger of his Practice.
