Tim qualified as a solicitor in 1982, having joined Downs six months earlier.  He became a partner in 1985.

Specialisms:
Tim covers all areas of private client work, including wills, probate, tax and trusts.  He acts for wealthy individuals and their “businesses”, as well as the elderly.  His main expertise is in IHT planning.
