Emily has over 10 years’ experience in dealing with Employment Law matters, with particular specialism in contentious matters such as unfair dismissal, redundancy, settlement agreements, contractual issues, whistle-blowing and discrimination. She also advises on redundancy / restructure, TUPE due diligence on transfers and acquisitions, service provision changes, as well as other general employment advice on re-drafting policies, grievance / disciplinary matters.
She has acted for a number of organisations and a wide range of individual clients from manual workers to high net worth professionals. A keen golfer, Emily has also focused particularly on the types of employment law issues that affect golf clubs and has acted for a number of clubs in the Surrey area.
Emily also does her own advocacy in the Employment Tribunals.
