Susan qualified as a Solicitor in 1977 and during her career she has worked for a number of leading City law firms covering all aspects of commercial and residential property law.    

 

 

Prior to joining Downs, she worked as a Partner in a Surrey law firm where she headed up their property secured lending practice acting for a number of the major banks and building societies. She also has extensive experience of the licensed trade, having acted for a number of leisure groups on a wide variety of acquisitions and disposals including licensing aspects 

 

Susan speaks modest French and does extensive walking for a number of local charities.
