Insolvency Rules 1986 – All change
Author: Chris Millar

- Debtor Bankruptcy Petitions will be determined by an adjudicator outside the Court.
- No prescribed form of individual Statutory Demand or creditors Bankruptcy Petition (so presumably we can make one up?).
- The removal of prescribed meetings e.g. for CVA/IVA.
