Property Disputes

Being a property owner brings with it many responsibilities (and burdens), and disputes over property rights between neighbours, joint occupiers or statutory authorities may arise during the course of your ownership.

If you are about to embark upon or need to defend a property dispute, speak to a member of our Dispute Resolution team.   They represent freeholders, leaseholders, property developers and others with interests in property on a range of issues, including:

  • Party wall disputes
  • Rights of way
  • Access rights, including easements
  • Rights of light
  • Restrictive covenants
  • Squatters nuisance complaints

We may seek to resolve property disputes through mediation, arbitration or through the Lands Tribunal.  However, we can represent you should the matter proceed through to Court, whether it is the County or High Court.
