Pauline joined Downs as HR Manager in Jan 2023.

As HR Manager at Downs, her primary objective is to empower and support every individual within the firm to become the best version of themselves. With a diverse range of responsibilities, she plays a crucial role in various aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive work environment and contributing to the overall success of the firm.

Along with recruitment and induction she is involved in career and talent development.  She works closely with employees to create personalised development plans, identifying their strengths, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities. By implementing training initiatives, mentorship programs, and continuous learning opportunities, IPauline individuals enhance their skills, advance their careers, and achieve their professional goals.

Succession planning is another aspect of her role where she collaborates with senior leaders to identify and develop high-potential employees, ensuring a pipeline of talented individuals ready to assume key roles within the firm.
