Calling all employers with over 250 staff – have you published your Gender Pay Gap?

Organisations that have not yet published their gender pay gap information by the deadline next week could face unlimited fines.

Private employers with 250+ workers must submit their gender pay gap figures to the Government Equalities Office by 4 April. For public sector employers, the deadline is on Good Friday.

It is thought that approximately 9000 companies fall into the category but according to the Government's database of company data, only 4351 (fewer than half) have submitted the required information.

If you require help to prepare your report, please do not hesitate to get in touch today and one of our expert employment lawyers will be happy to assist.
