Child arrangement orders

The Family Law team at Downs can help you negotiate child arrangement orders, when your relationship breaks down. A child arrangement order refers to decisions that are agreed upon regarding where your child will live, and how much time with each parent. The agreement can include as well contact visits, phone calls, video calls and any other forms of contact with the child.

Sometimes coming to an agreement can be emotional and difficult and the family law team at Downs can help you come to an agreement. If it is not possible to come to an agreement, it may become necessary to have a Court decide on child arrangement orders.
