Neighbourhood Planning Regulations
On 13 December 2010 the Coalition Government presented the Localism Bill 2010-11 to Parliament.
One of the main aims and themes of the Bill was to give local communities greater control over planning generally and as part of that local control it was proposed that there would be neighbourhood plans and neighbourhood development orders which would then enable local communities to plan their local area for themselves.
