Timing for Filing the Notice of Conversion from Administration to CVL

Progress reports are now dealt with in Part 18 of the IR 2016. A copy of the final progress report must accompany the Notice converting an administration into a CVL. The date of the conversion from administration to liquidation will be the date the conversion notice is registered by the Registrar. In short, the Notice should be filed (allowing time for registration) before the administration expires.
