The speakers:

Chris Millar: Senior Partner, Dispute Resolution, Downs Solicitors LLP
Chris has 25+ years’ practical experience of contentious insolvency, acting in all areas of both corporate and personal insolvency. He undertakes insolvency work across many jurisdictions.
David Seals: Partner, Employment, Downs Solicitors LLP
David specialises in acting for employers in employment disputes and is an experienced advocate in the Employment Tribunals. He acts for a broad range of clients such as company directors, HR managers and owner managers in a variety of sectors. He advises on all aspects of employment law.

David Mohyuddin KC: Radcliffe Chambers: specialises in corporate and personal insolvency and commercial litigation, involving business disputes of all types, including contractual and company claims, allegations of fraud and breach of directors’ duties.
Lauren Kreamer: Radcliffe Chambers: specialises in commercial chancery work; including insolvency and company law, commercial disputes, civil fraud, and banking and finance. Lauren regularly appears in the High Court (both led and unled) and has appeared as sole counsel in the Court of Appeal. She has also had extensive involvement in high-value disputes, whether as sole counsel or as part of an in-house team
