Lucy Penfold

Lucy is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution team brining over 13 years’ experience in various Surrey and London firms. She has a focus on corporate and commercial disputes, debt/asset recovery and insolvency law. 
Lucy is a member of the Property Litigation Association and won the award ‘Property Professional of the Year’ in the Surrey Property Awards 2024. 

She advises a range of clients, including directors, individuals, and insolvency practitioners.

Lucy offers practical, client focused advice, looking at all aspects of the dispute and how best to resolve it, whether that be through alternative dispute resolution or litigation.

Outside of work, Lucy’s passion is health and fitness and she is a qualified personal trainer. She loves to travel and share experiences with her friends and family.
