From our Cobham office we are easily placed for Weybridge, Esher, Oxshott and focused on Surrey’s business community, the needs of the region’s entrepreneurs and individuals looking for advice which calls for experience and a strong commitment to client service.

Formed from a merger of long-established firm Lowrie & Co, our people and teams have built, and look to create further, long-term relationships with businesses and individuals in Cobham and its surrounds, who look to access quality legal services from local experts, without the cost and inconvenience of using a firm based only in London or the City. The Cobham office is particularly known for its Residential Conveyancing and Wills work.

Downs Solicitors also has offices across Surrey, including Godalming, and Dorking.

Directions

If travelling by train, Cobham & Stoke d'Abernon station is approximately 38 minutes from London Waterloo station. To get to our Cobham office, please either catch the Chatterbus C1 (every hour) or a taxi from outside the station. The journey will take around 7 minutes.  To walk from the station will take around 30 mins from the station.

If travelling by car, the nearest public pay and display carpark is on Hollyhedge Road.  Please note this will shortly be turned into a pay on exit car park and your number plate will need to be entered.  Also note that the RingGo app
