Alexander Young

Alex is a Consultant Solicitor in the firm’s Corporate Department. He specialises in sales and purchases of companies and businesses, with focus on corporate finance, mergers, joint venture and shareholder and LLP agreements, share buy-backs, group reorganisations and banking matters. His clients have included entrepreneurs in the automotive, IT and business solutions and property development industries.

Alex qualified at a London (West End) practice, before moving into the City and then to a leading Surrey law firm, where he was a partner, whose responsibilities included co-ordinating the department’s marketing and principal to the trainee solicitors.

Outside of work Alex enjoys leading cultural and countryside walks for an outdoors group and theatre (watching not performing).
