Interesting and enthusiastic clients in a huge variety of industries with differing problems.
Can you tell us a bit about your career history?
I started as paralegal at PwC in London before training and then qualifying with central London firm Monro Wright & Wasbrough LLP for just over 12 years, where I left as a partner to join Downs in October 2017.
What is your biggest professional achievement?
Finding a firm outside London which has the same quality of clients that I had in London, only I no longer have to make the dreaded London commute!
What do you consider are the biggest challenges for businesses in 2023?
Adapting to the fast-paced tech-driven changes in work methods and client expectations.
What is the one most valuable piece of advice you would give your clients?
Always speak to your lawyer before signing anything! A quick phone call to your lawyer can save a mountain of headaches and expensive legal disputes.
