Lucy joined our Private Client Department in 2015 and qualified as a Solicitor after completing her training with the firm. Lucy advises on all private client matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, the administration of estates, and Court of Protection Applications.
Working alongside Liz Dalgetty in our Dorking office Lucy also deals with complex applications to the Court of Protection including Statutory Wills and applications for gifting and tax planning
