We were delighted to sponsor a local charity fundraising event organised by Medau teacher, Jo Power. The event which was held in Mickleham Village Hall raised a total of £1,179.30 which will be divided between Ovarian Cancer Action and Medau.

We were delighted to sponsor a local charity fundraising event organised by Medau teacher, Jo Power. The event which was held in Mickleham Village Hall raised a total of £1,179.30 which will be divided between Ovarian Cancer Action and Medau.

Medau is a form of exercise which encourages the body to move with energy, strength, stamina, suppleness and co-ordination. It focusses on correct posture and body alignment,
