Carol has been a specialist family law solicitor in the Surrey and London area or over 31 years.
She is particularly experienced in guiding her clients through separation and divorce in all aspects of their lives, including their financial and wider issues for their families, including children issues.
She advises those that are married, civilly partnered or unmarried and those with significant or complex financial situations (medium to high net worth individuals) and whose assets involve business interests both in the UK and abroad.
In addition to advising separating couples, Carol also advises upon issues which arise as couples go into marriage or a new relationship in respect of nuptial agreements, pre or post marriage.
She is particularly keen to resolve issues amicably for her clients using the Court as little as possible and seeking to resolve issues with the least trauma for all involved.
Outside of work, Carol attends to the whims of her elderly dog, placates her husband and does all she can to tempt her children to visit. Carol enjoys going to the gym sporadically.
