What our clients say

“Very helpful and responded very quickly . There was the sense of someone genuinely cared , I’d highly recommend to anyone.”  Employee Client

“I just wanted to thank you for all your help in resolving this matter and wanted to offer some 'non google' feedback for you to use for your client feedback/performance appraisal or whatever.  As you know, this was a very stressful experience for me personally and professionally.  From the moment I contacted you, I had utter confidence in you and your abilities.  You phoned me back quickly and got straight on the case.  I was grateful for all your advice and thoughts and for always keeping me up to date.  Your kindness and appreciation of my position was really welcome. You worked quickly and thoroughly and were always professional.  I can't imagine many lawyers or practices operate like this in these circumstances but if I ever needed to recommend, I would certainly recommend you and Downs. “ Employee Client

“Thank you for all of your help on this. Really appreciate your thoroughness and professionalism.  I have passed your details onto a colleague of mine who is in a similar situation.”  Employee Client

“The team's ability to comprehend our organisation's requirements, listen actively, and clarify objectives before initiating any process is crucial for effective collaboration. Moreover, their capacity to engage in discussions regarding different approaches, considering the pros and cons, suggests a thoughtful and strategic mindset. In summary, the team appears to be a valuable asset, capable of navigating the complexities of the business landscape while maintaining a client-focused and communicative approach.” - Client
